What I can Do without?

I eat with vinegar.I use it as dip for fish, eggs, balut, penoy, shellfishes, longganisa, tapa, tocino, etc. It is because I grew up with vinegar. My late dad came from Paombong Bulacan. My late mother used to help in the production of the vinegar from sasa or palm and my cousins sold them after fermentation. We still have the farm but we no longer know what to do with it.Nobody knew the process. We can still buy the original sukang paombong from the neighbors, though.By the way, the specialty of Paombong is paksiw na manok sa tuba.
