The San Juan Medical Center Emergency Room
This where I see patients who comes in with various complaints like vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain,vomiting, labor pain, lacerated wounds,fever, dyspnea, cough and abnormal discharge .Sometimes ridiculous complaint like inability to sleep is referred to our department at 3 AM.How can an obgyn resident react to that?How would you expect me to get up and go there with a smile?All you just have to do is just give a simple diphenhydramine!
