What I can Do without?

I eat with vinegar.I use it as dip for fish, eggs, balut, penoy, shellfishes, longganisa, tapa,tocino,etc.It is because I grew up with vinegar.My late dad came from Paombong Bulacan. My late mother used to help in the production of the vinegar from sasa or palm and my cousins sold them after fermentation.We still have the farm but we no longer know what to do with it.Nobody knew the process.We can still buy the original sukang paombong from the neighbors, though.By the way, the specialty of Paombong is paksiw na manok sa tuba.

Things I Can't Do Without When I go On 24-Hour Duty

When I go on duty, I make sure that I applied my sunblock before I go out of my house.I wear my Crocs shoes so can easily run when there is emergency like imminent deliveries in the E.R or profuse vaginal bleeding with hypotension.I have two bags.The big brown Tommy Hilfiger contains my moisturizer,my wallet with pictures of my family,Herbalife green tea and fiber capsules, pens,prescription pads, receipts and letters from Citibank,my extra clothes so that I can easily change into clean clothes if I get dirty and my brush.The smaller bag contains all my cards, my sunblock, coins ,mask, head cap, my retainer and lots of pens

This is our textbook, the Bible of all obgyn.The book discusses broadly topics on anatomy, conception, fetal life, the prenatal care, ultrasound and complications of pregnancy.This must be read by everyone who wants to be well-versed in this field of medicine.This is a 22nd edition.My late four year old Almarie used to read the pocketbook edition while I read the bigger one.

My father established Starlift Elevator Industrial Services when I was in kindergarten.His office was in the sala of our apartment.He went home at night with lots of fried chicken from the floating casino which my uncles said was one of his first customers.The business I guess has boomed that he was trusted by people of good names.I believe that we will not last this long if he was not good.Now,my father has gone, my younger brother Michael took over the family business.He has been managing the business for four years.He was young, handsome and I guess, he got the impact of dad.Anyway, I write this blog to sell our elevators, escalators and dumbwaiters.If you need installation and repair, you can just call 7329989.

On Forgiving and Forgetting

Love comes and grows within us.It is the best gift we got .It makes the world go round.It makes us intoxicated.However,a book on marriage said that as your relationship continues through the years, the feeling seems to wane.There are times that you will feel that the feeling is already empty.However,the same book ,of which author I forgot to note, said that love in marriage is your personal decision.It is up to us if we want it still in our heart.The doctrines of our Church said that the man should love his wife the way Christ loves his Church which is His body.Therefore,husbands should take good care of their wives the way he takes good care of his body.The wives on the other hand should be submissive to their husbands and took care of him ,their children and home.Finding a partner in life is a blessing.Now, what if one of you forgot the vows you said to each other?What if the man you love suddenly love another and replaced you in his heart?Such is a big disrespect that he could ever done.It lowers self-esteem and loses hope to go on living,dreaming and planning .As Dr Dobson said,only the person who was left can only know the pain that tore her apart.You will have panic attacks, anger, loneliness , and fear coming instantaneously.Would you still forgive him?Would you still take him back after the agony he has brought ?Sometimes the answers are very hard to say.Answers are hard to find.Why do men continues to flirt even if they know in their heart that they are being sinful in the eyes of God?They are sometimes unconscientious, callous and selfish.May the person who he trampled find solace in the arms of the Lord.Forgiving the unforgivable within the corners of our heart is hard to grope and mayhaps is not within our perspective.Forgetting also takes time.Ask God to clean your soul and make us better.Ask help for understanding because forgiving lifts off a cloud that glooms our face.The truth continues to hurt but forgiveness can set you free , makes you clear up your head and plan for the future with or without the person you chose to marry.Getting another person to love is not an answer.You will just break that one and you will not be different from the one who hurt you. Just submit your self to the Lord and you will have a good direction.
